$735K Youth Autism/Epilepsy Grant [National Coordinating Center on Transition]
The National Coordinating Center on Transition (NCCT) awards up to $735,000 to for-profit and non-profit organizations for programs to support youth with specific medical and social needs as they transition from child to adult systems of support.
